Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Today I am grateful for a lot of things. At the top of my list, I am grateful for the most amazing family in the world. My husband and sweet baby boy make every day worth it, and I'd like to start off with appreciation for those two (and my dog and cat, can't forget them!).

I am also grateful for my writing career. I know how common it is for people to struggle to find their passion so early on in life, and I will forever feel grateful and fortunate that I found mine so young.

Writing has helped me get through so many things, and for that I will always appreciate what writing has done for me. Between the hardest of days, to the most exciting ones, my writing makes me who I am.

As amazing as it would be to become a best selling author, at the end of the day, I am doing this for me. My writing is something that could very well bring joy to others around me, absolutely, but it truly is for my joy and happiness that I continue to do this.

So, I will end this post by saying, on top of all the people I am grateful for today, I am also, and always will be, grateful to be a writer.
